Fiable probes and in vivo imaging analysis

A fixable probe is an optical probe that can be fixed or labeled in vivo or in vivo, and can be used for the detection and imaging of biomolecules, cells or tissues. There are many types of fixable probes, such as fluorescent probes, biological lasers, biological optical waveguides, and biological microlenses, which can be visualized and regulated by biological signals and processes using different optical mechanisms and functions. Multiplex labeling and imaging of live mice was achieved using fixable fluorescent probes. This technology uses different wavelengths of fluorescent dyes or fluorescent proteins to label different targets in mice, such as tumors, blood vessels, organs, etc., and images mice with high resolution, high signal-to-noise ratio and high penetration depth through the near-infrared region 2 (NIR-II) imaging system. This technique enables real-time monitoring and dynamic analysis of live mice without the need for slicing or tissue processing.
