Exosome nanobiochip

Novel cellular nanoporation technology can use biochips to secrete exosomes in large numbers, and simplify the method of loading exosomes with endogenous transcribed mRNA. This technique demonstrates the therapeutic efficacy of functional exosomes in a mouse model of brain glioma. The "exosome nanoporator" scheme, with the help of micro-nanofluid technology, realized the high-throughput preparation of exosome drug carrier for the first time, and the anti-tumor effect of the new exosome drug carrier was verified experimentally. This protocol can load different exogenous drug components and therapeutic substances into exosomes, and the exosome loading can achieve therapeutic effect. Cellular nanochemical biochips, improving exosome production and nucleic acid loading efficiency in orders of magnitude, greatly surpass the gene therapy drugs in targeting and efficacy.
