Construction of biomimetic DNA nanochannels on living cell membranes
The construction of biomimetic DNA nanochannels on living cell membranes is a novel approach to simulate the membrane channel function in nature on the surface of living cells using DNA nanotechnology. This approach can enable precise control and regulation of molecules inside and outside the cell, providing new tools and platforms in the fields of cell biology, drug delivery, biosensing and biological sensing.
