The MStarter ABS deep-UV-near-infrared microscopy spectroscopy test system is suitable for absorption spectroscopy of film samples in the range of 220-1700 nm with a test range of only 5 microns. The microscope uses a xenon lamp-halogen light transmission source, and the entire optical path is non-dispersive, which greatly optimizes the transmittance in the ultraviolet and infrared bands, and makes the test area of all bands unchanged. The Xenon lamp module uses a free optical path design to enhance the intensity of the light source. The single spectral test time is only 5 milliseconds, so the spectral averaging can be performed quickly, making the measurement data more accurate.
The main parameters:
Magnification 4 times, 10 times, 20 times, 40 times objective lens, 40 times objective lens is achromatic aberration objective
Light source Halogen lamp, xenon lamp, spectral range 220-1700nm, adjustable brightness of halogen light source
Optical light path Transmissive light path, light source and collection light path are non-dispersive design, spectrum measurement range is 5 micron (40 times objective lens), 2 micron (100 times objective lens), electric shutter is installed in front of light source, xenon lamp and halogen lamp can be controlled separately switch
UV-NIR spectrometer Back-illuminated spectrometer, 2048 pixels, measuring range 220-1100nm, spectral resolution 3nm, peak quantum efficiency 78%
Near-infrared spectrometer InGaAs array spectrometer, 256 pixels, measuring range 900-1700nm, resolution 6nm
Optional function 100x semi-apochromatic objective lens, electric polarizer (200-900nm and 350-1700nm optional), electric analyzer (250-1700nm)
All optical components in the MStarter ABS optical path are UV coated mirrors with no chromatic aberration and high UV reflectance. The sample displacement is done by an electrodynamic translation stage, ensuring stable movement during sample and substrate spectral measurements.
With the pull-rod switch, the spectrometer for measurement can be quickly switched, and the pre-calibrated optical path ensures that the two spectrometers are completely coincident.
Absorption spectroscopy
With the indicator fiber, the position of the spectrum collection can be directly observed to measure the spectrum of the specified area. The MStarter ABS uses 100 micron fiber to collect the transmitted light of the sample. The measurement area is only 2 microns under the 100x objective lens, which makes it easy to measure the absorption spectrum of the designated area of the tiny sample.
With the advantages of high sensitivity and low noise of the back-illuminated miniature spectrometer, the single spectral test time is only 5ms, and the absorption spectrum of the sample can be accurately measured on multiple spectra. For samples with near-infrared absorption, MStarter ABS will be tested with a UV-visible spectrometer and a near-infrared spectrometer for a fixed position, and the two lines are perfectly docked.
