水溶性CdTe/CdSe/ZnS量子点产品是以CdTe为核心，CdSe和ZnS为壳层，表面由亲水配体包裹的核/壳/壳型荧光纳米材料，平均的量子产率为70%，尤其指出的是此产品在近红外波段仍然具有40%以上的量子产率，储存时应避免阳光直射，4度密封暗处保存，可以为客户订制生产620nm～820nm任一波长不同克数的产品。本产品具有粒径均一，吸收光谱宽泛，发射光谱对称，荧光强度高而稳定等特点。
本公司目前可提供四类水溶性CdTe/CdSe/ZnS量子点：(1)表面为负电荷的羧基，3-巯基丙酸作为包覆剂；(2)表面为负电荷的羧基，聚合物作为包覆剂；(3)表面为负电荷的羧基，含有PEG链，生物相容性优良，可连接带有氨基的抗体蛋白等；(4)表面为正电荷的氨基，含有PEG链，生物相容性优良，可连接带有羧基的抗体蛋白等
