【产品介绍】石蜡包埋组织中结核的病理检测，是结核病临床诊断的主要手段之一。本所推出的石蜡切片抗酸染液可用于石蜡切片样本的染色，具有抗酸性酒精脱色能力的结核杆菌和麻风杆菌等抗酸菌被染成红色，其他非抗酸菌都被染成蓝色。
【产品优点】本染色液无毒、环保，对人体无伤害。可专门用于石蜡切片染色，灵敏度高，特异性强，对弱阳性标本染色依然清晰可见，便于鉴别诊断。菌体着色鲜艳、背景清晰、立体感强，组织着色与结核杆菌着色对比鲜明，染色时间大大缩短。
