【产品介绍】本试剂盒主要用于血细胞及骨髓细胞染色，克服了传统姬姆萨染液对细胞核和寄生虫着色较好，但结构显示更不清晰，而胞质和中性颗粒着色较差的缺点，操作更加简便、快速，染色效果明显。
姬姆萨染色的染料配方浓度对细胞核着色程度适中，细胞核结构和色泽清晰艳丽，对核结构的识别较佳。姬姆萨染液(Giemsa?stain)广泛用于原生动物寄生虫、血液和细胞涂片、细菌和染色体显带等染色。

【染色结果】核染紫红色，胞浆染紫蓝色，粘液染粉红或淡蓝色。
