【染色结果】胞核染紫蓝色；鳞状上皮基底层、中层及表层角化前细胞胞质染绿色，表层不完全角化细胞胞质染粉红色，完全角化细胞胞质呈桔黄色；中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞、吞噬细胞胞质均为蓝色；红细胞染粉红色，粘液染淡蓝色或粉红色。高分化鳞癌细胞可染成粉红色或桔黄色；腺癌胞质呈灰蓝色。
