【产品介绍】本试剂盒主要用以骨髓细胞涂片及血液细胞涂片染色检查，可鉴别T-淋巴细胞和B-淋巴细胞，前者多为阳性，而后者为阴性。具有简易、快速、保质期长，结果易于观察和判断等优点。
【染色原理】在酸性缓冲液中，细胞内酸性磷酸酶催化底物水解，其生成物进而与一种稳定重氮盐偶联，生成不溶性偶氮染料沉淀。阳性反应为鲜红色或深红色颗粒，定位胞浆。
【所需仪器】光学显微镜、玻片、染缸、滴管、秒表、记号笔等。
