【产品介绍】肥大细胞（Mast?Cell）来源于未分化的间充质细胞，近年来有人认为可能来自胸腺和骨髓。正常多见于小血管周围，一般在结缔组织中都含有少量的肥大细胞，也常见于支气管周围和胰的小叶间导管周围，而在肠系膜的小血管周围都有大量的肥大细胞。肥大细胞较一般细胞大，直径约20～30μm。呈圆形或椭圆形；胞核较小，圆形；胞质内充满粗大并具有异染性的圆形嗜碱性颗粒。
【染色结果】肥大细胞颗粒含有肝素和组织胺等，这些属于硫酸酯，呈异色性。因此，用易染性染料甲苯胺蓝可以使其呈异色性的红紫色。
【所需仪器】光学显微镜、玻片、染缸、滴管、秒表、记号笔等。
