【染色结果】染色后镜检结果为红细胞呈浅红色，白细胞核深紫红色，胞浆中颗粒清晰可见，易于对白细胞分类及计数。具有使用方法较简便、染色时间较短、染色结果形态较清晰、检出率高等优点,一般2分钟可出结果。
