The oil-soluble CdSe/ZnS quantum dot products produced by Suzhou Beike Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. are based on CdSe as the core, ZnS as the shell, and core/shell fluorescent nanomaterials coated with hydrophobic ligands. The average quantum yield is 80 %. Avoid direct sunlight during storage and keep in a dark place sealed at 4 degrees. Products with different wavelengths from 480nm to 650nm can be customized for customers. This product has the characteristics of uniform particle size, wide absorption spectrum, narrow and symmetrical emission spectrum, and high and stable fluorescence intensity. It is especially suitable for the green and red components of quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLEDs). It can be applied to solar cells, Light-emitting devices and bio-fluorescence labels and other fields.

 

The temperature stability of quantum dots is the key to the integration of on-chip high-power LED devices, which needs to be further improved. CdSe/ZnS quantum dots have developed a warm white LED device, in which CdSe/ZnS nanoparticles are integrated into porous anodic aluminum oxide (PAA) films by self-assembly process to form a chain structure. Experiments have proved that when the concentration of quantum dots in toluene solvent ranges from 1% mg/ul to 1.2% mg/ul, the PAA film has the best light-induced excitation performance. In order to verify the reliability of the device, the research group conducted a comparative experiment. The results show that under accelerated life test conditions, the device exhibits good lumen maintenance efficiency and small color drift. The experiment also proved that the light decay is 4.6% of its initial value after 1500 hours of aging test at a junction temperature of 76°C. This article was published in the latest issue of Applied Physics Letters in 2017 sponsored by AIP. The magazine has an impact factor of 3.4 in 2017 and belongs to the second area of the JCR journal of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This research provides a new technical guidance program for the production of high-efficiency, high-stability and high-power LED devices.
