High resolution electron microscopy
High resolution electron microscopy the theory and technique of projecting and imaging atoms in solid materials by transmission electron microscopy. Selected area electron diffraction
Select all levels of diffractive beam spectrum of specific image area. The selection is made by the selection aperture placed on the object image plane.
Bright dark field image
If the objective diaphragm covers the central transmission spot of the rear focal plane, the resulting electronic image is called the bright field image (BF), and if the objective diaphragm covers a diffraction spot of the rear focal plane, the resulting electronic image is called the dark field image (DF).
